Class Schedule for Spring Term 2017 |

term, classes run for ten weeks unless stated otherwise. Classes will commence
in the week beginning Monday 1st May. There will be no

class for anyone who wishes to build up their fitness. You will improve
your posture, develop balance and co-ordination and increase flexibility.
Gentle exercise to work the joints, stretch the muscles and lengthen and
strengthen the spine. Finish with a relaxation. |
