Class Schedule for Spring Term 2012
All classes this term will run for ten weeks unless stated otherwise. Classes will commence in the week beginning Monday 9th January 2012. There will be a one week mid-term break between Monday 6th and Friday 10th February. Term ends on on Friday 23rd March.

Gentle Exercise Class with Jenna Agate
6.00pm - 7.00pm

A class for anyone who wishes to build up their fitness. You will improve your posture, develop balance and co-ordination and increase flexibility. Gentle exercise to work the joints, stretch the muscles and lengthen and strengthen the spine. Finish with a relaxation.
£80.00 for 10 weeks
